SmartNomad is a travel app that makes it easy to create personalised travel itineraries for booking vacations without the need to go through multiple websites. It makes the logistics easy for planning all elements of a trip; air, hotel, ground transport, and localised favourites, for food and entertainment.
SmartNomad is a tech travel start-up looking for the next round of funding. CROWD was tasked with providing creative concept and marketing services to help drive traffic to the platform.
Drive traffic to the website and app downloads to a new web-based smart itinerary travel planner and see how the product tests in the marketplace during a major world pandemic. Furthermore, create a brand persona with a tribe mentality.

For paid social advertising we created a range of concept ideas with tag lines and captions to use. This includes ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram with carousel graphic animations, images and photography showing travel and adventure with friends.
Tag lines such as “Experience Everything Miss Nothing” or “Turn Dreams into Destinations” are among the most popular. However, the backbone of our most successful concept idea was creating a persona for the brand; asking our target audience “Are you a SmartNomad?”
The creation of an identity and persona for SmartNomad is the beginning stages of creating a tribe brand that people want to belong to.
