Our campaign ‘hear more than just words’ had to be centred in emotion but also be functional. Our objective was to drive customers to AC stores so they can experience the expertise and the latest products themselves. The Phonak AudéoÔ Lumity allows users to better understand what someone is saying using SmartSpeechÔ technology improving speech understanding, meaning you can hear what people are saying better, even in noisy environments.
Conversations are connections, and not being able to fully understand means you miss out and feel disconnected. Words have power, they are not just sounds, each one means something. When you hear words, you experience emotion and being able to truly understand means you hear more than just words, you feel them.
This creative idea was delivered through multiple media including a 30-second film, 6-second cut down for social, OOH, Press, Web Banners and internal retail comms.
