Advertising is a great British success story, the UK’s third largest service export worth £7.9bn and growing at a rate of 15% YoY, compared to 7% for all service exports. We export more advertising services than we import to the tune of £3.6bn – giving us the largest trade surplus in ad services in Europe. The UK is also home to a large and diverse ad tech sector, which employs tens of thousands of people across the country and has attracted over £1bn in investment since 2013.
This is an exclusive UKAEG event in partnership with Digital Tories on the evening of Tuesday 17th May 2022, at the Carlton Club. The event features an Export discussion with senior political figures. There will also be an opportunity to demo some of the latest VR technology employed by UK advertising companies.
