TAKE TO THE STAGE AT SXSW 2024

Every year, hundreds of thousands of people gather in Austin, Texas for the 10-day South by Southwest festival (SXSW). This city-wide event includes SXSW Film, SXSWi (the tech or “Interactive” festival), and SXSW Music. The SXSW Conference brings professionals together to explore the future of tech, entertainment, culture, and more. The SXSW PanelPicker® platform allows the community to have a voice in selecting programming. The UK Advertising Export Group encourages UK businesses to submit session ideas for SXSW 2024.

The UKAEG PanelPicker bootcamp – exclusive to UKAEG members – is designed to equip UK companies with the necessary tools and insights to stand out amongst global competitors and succeed in being voted by the community for an official programme slot.

Timeline of bootcamp

July 3^rd – First kick off session for UKAEG members (online)

July 10^th – Talk clinic  (assess title, blurb and proposed speakers with feedback provided)

July 17^th –  Follow up talk clinic (as above pending changes from feedback provided)

July 20^th – Final clinic (Final feedback)

July 23^rd – SXSW submission deadline
